How to prevent leakage of fire pump

Fire pump mechanical seal, also known as the face, a pair of rotating surfaces perpendicular to the axis, in the fluid pressure and compensation of mechanical traction, auxiliary seal function, and keep connected with other ends, and relative sliding, so as to prevent the leakage of Henan fire pump fluid.

1、 Common periodic leakage

1. When the fire pump rotor moves axially, the interference and the auxiliary seal ring of the shaft will not move flexibly on the shaft. When the pump is overturned, the wear of dynamic and static rings cannot be compensated.

Countermeasures: when assembling the mechanical seal, the axial displacement of the shaft should be less than 0.1 mm, the residual amount of the auxiliary seal and the shaft should be moderate, and the radial seal should be ensured at the same time, and the moving ring component should ensure the flexible movement of the shaft (press the dynamic ring to the spring to be able to spring freely)
